SHAMBA Consulting aims to improve the efficiency and capacity of charities. We do this by providing pro bono education and consulting on topics such as:

• Program planning
• Governance matters
• Volunteer / sponsor / donor solicitation and stewardship.
• Communication strategies including frequency of communications and ways to engage the target audience of the communication
• Fundraising campaign trends and success/progress tracking for activities and initiatives.
• Marketing and promotional strategies to promote respective program goals and targets
• Strategic program planning and goal-setting including monitoring timelines and deliverables within a given charitable project.

The SHAMBA foundation offers consulting sessions to all charities accepted to host a SHAMBA Night fundraiser.

Guest Charities are asked to complete a questionnaire in advance of their first consulting session to help determine up to 3 areas within their organization that could be improved. Consulting sessions are focused on identified areas in need of refinement.

Once a charity has worked with the SHAMBA foundation, it remains part of the SHAMBA network. If a charity wishes to schedule a consulting session with SHAMBA post its SHAMBA Night, it is welcome to do so as SHAMBA aims to remain a source of support to all its' Guest Charities.
