SHAMBA Educational Seminars will be hosted for the purpose of providing information to charities on topics impacting the charitable sector such as:

• Program planning and metrics to measure goal achievement
• Operational management including challenges and strategies for the organization
• Communication strategies including frequency of communications and ways to engage the target audience of the communication
• Financial planning
• Fundraising campaign trends and success/progress tracking for activities and initiatives.
• Regulatory and reporting requirements
• Volunteer/sponsor/donor solicitation and stewardship
• Governance matters

SHAMBA Educational Seminars share valuable information on a pro bono basis with charities and also provide a platform for discussion amongst industry professionals where important topics, challenges and solutions related to the charitable sector can be explored.

Upon selection of a seminar topic, SHAMBA invites an expert in the field to co-host the educational seminar with the SHAMBA foundation.
