SHAMBA foundation ("SHAMBA") is committed to protect your organization's privacy and takes the appropriate actions to ensure all information provided is kept confidential and used for the purpose for which it was collected. 

Any information provided by your organization for the SHAMBA Nights fundraiser ("Fundraiser"), including but not limited to, the application form (the "Application") and questionnaire, may be used by SHAMBA in order to evaluate your organization's eligibility for the Fundraiser.  Should your organization be selected for our Fundraiser, the information you supplied may be used to provide support services and may be shared internally and with third-party sponsors in order to support your event. 

By completing and submitting the Application, you agree on behalf of your organization to the terms of this privacy policy.
