SHAMBA Nights-At a Glance

SHAMBA Night fundraisers are hosted by the SHAMBA foundation in benefit of charities. On average, the SHAMBA foundation hosts one SHAMBA Night on a monthly basis in benefit of a Guest Charity.

When a charity applies to have a SHAMBA Night hosted by the SHAMBA foundation, they will be applying for a specific month and date of the year. With some exceptions, SHAMBA Nights typically take place on a Thursday evening from 6-9pm.

All SHAMBA Night fundraisers are hosted in the SHAMBA Space -a 2,500 square foot penthouse venue with a beautiful wrap-around patio located in the heart of Toronto! The SHAMBA Space is provided free-of charge for Guest Charities to use for their SHAMBA Night fundraiser.

All charities accepted to host a SHAMBA Night will be guided through every step of the event planning process and will also benefit from SHAMBA Consulting sessions

Execution of SHAMBA Nights

SHAMBA works with its' Guest Charities to create all SHAMBA Night supporting paperwork as determined during preliminary event planning session with the SHAMBA foundation.

Using a SHAMBA Night sponsorship proposal, the SHAMBA foundation helps to secure sponsorships for such items as catering, entertainment, decor and media in partnership with our Guest Charities for their SHAMBA Night.

The SHAMBA foundation works together with your board and committee to ensure sponsorships are obtained where possible as we believe that low-overhead fundraising is a critical factor that allows a charitable organization to realize its' full potential.

By cutting overhead costs affiliated with fundraisers and providing a multitude of support services during the event planning and execution phase, the SHAMBA foundation provides a unique and unbeatable fundraising platform to registered charities across Canada.

100% of the money raised at the SHAMBA Night fundraiser goes directly towards the Guest Charity.

SHAMBA Night- Selection Process

SHAMBA selects a "Guest Charity" to be a SHAMBA Night beneficiary based on their SHAMBA Night application form, in-person interview and audited financial reports. All SHAMBA Guest Charities must be Canadian registered charities. SHAMBA selects organizations to work with which are operating in an ethical manner and are making a positive impact in people's lives and the community at large. Charities who have already benefitted from a SHAMBA Night can apply to have another SHAMBA Night hosted by the SHAMBA foundation.
